This article elaborates the meaning of human resource management informationization and the human resource management informationization. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the informatization of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the informatization of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises from four aspects.
