“世界观”和“方法论”是重要的哲学分析范式。本文从“世界观”和“方法论”的视角对邓小平廉政建设思想进行了分析。邓小平廉政建设思想的世界观,主要是对廉政建设重要性以及廉政建设工作艰巨性和长期性的认识。邓小平廉政建设思想的方法论,即廉政建设的路径问题,主要包括两个方面,一是注重对党员干部的思想教育,发挥社会主义文化的重要作用;一是注重制度建设,为廉政建设构建制度平台。邓小平廉政建设思想奠定了新时期廉政建设的总体思路、根本原则和基本方法,对整个改革开放和现代化建设过程中的廉政建设都具有积极的指导意义。
“Worldview ” and “Methodology ” are important philosophical analysis paradigms. This article analyzes Deng Xiaoping’s thought of building a clean and honest government from the perspective of “world outlook ” and “methodology ”. The world outlook of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of building an honest and clean government mainly focuses on the importance of building an honest and clean government and the arduous and long-term nature of building an honest and clean government. The methodology of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of building an honest and clean government, that is, the path of building an honest and clean government mainly consists of two aspects. One is to pay attention to the ideological education of party members and cadres and to play an important role in socialist culture. The other is to pay attention to system construction and build a system platform for building an honest and clean government . The thought of building a clean and honest government of Deng Xiaoping lays the general train of thought, fundamental principles and basic methods for the building of an honest and clean government in the new period, and has positive guiding significance for the building of an honest and clean government throughout the process of reform, opening up and modernization.
