根据氢氟酸对游离和化合状硅皆有良好分解能力的特点,本文用HCl-HNO_3-HF体系分解试样。以硼酸键合氟离子后,用硅钼蓝双向示差光度法可测定0.05~13%的硅。操作简便,准确度良好。仪器与试剂 521型高含量光电比色计。硫酸亚铁铵溶液:2%,每升含50毫升硫酸。草硫混合酸:20克草酸溶于1升2N硫酸。硅标准溶液:以无水碳酸钠熔融二氧化硅,水浸出后制成1mg Si·ml~(-1)及50μg Si·ml~(-1)的溶液,
