目的分析健康体检人群血脂与血糖的相关性。方法检测1800例健康体检人群的TC、HDL-C、FBG及HbA1c水平。体检人群按HDL-C四分位数分为A组(HDL-C<1.13mmol/L)、B组(1.13mmol/L≤HDL-C<1.35mmol/L)、C组(1.35mmol/L≤HDL-C<1.58mmol/L)和D组(HDL-C≥1.58mmol/L)组,比较FBG及HbA1c水平。体检人群按TC四分位数分为E组(TC<4.64mmol/L)、F组(4.64mmol/L≤TC<5.38mmol/L)、G组(5.38mmol/L≤TC<6.02mmol/L)和H组(TC≥6.02mmol/L),比较FBG及HbA1c水平。结果男性FBG、HbA1c水平高于女性(P<0.01),而不同性别体检人群年龄、TC和HDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随HDL-C水平的增高,FBG和HbA1c水平呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,HDL-C与FBG和HbA1c呈负相关(r=-0.146和-0.179)(P<0.01)。随TC水平的增高,FBG和HbA1c水平呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群中,血糖和血脂具有显著相关性,血脂可作为健康人群中糖代谢紊乱的风险预测因子。
Objective To analyze the correlation between blood lipid and blood sugar in healthy physical examination population. Methods The levels of TC, HDL-C, FBG and HbA1c in 1800 healthy people were detected. The subjects were divided into group A (HDL-C <1.13mmol / L), group B (1.13mmol / L≤HDL-C <1.35mmol / L) and group C (1.35mmol / L ≤HDL-C <1.58mmol / L) and D group (HDL-C≥1.58mmol / L). The levels of FBG and HbA1c were compared. The subjects were divided into four groups according to TC quartiles: TC (4.64mmol / L), F (4.64mmol / L≤TC <5.38mmol / L), G (5.38mmol / L≤TC <6.02mmol / L and H group (TC≥6.02mmol / L). The levels of FBG and HbA1c were compared. Results The levels of FBG and HbA1c in male were higher than those in female (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the age, TC and HDL-C levels among different gender groups (P> 0.05). The level of FBG and HbA1c showed a decreasing trend with the increase of HDL-C (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that HDL-C was negatively correlated with FBG and HbA1c (r = -0.146 and -0.179) (P <0.01). With the increase of TC level, FBG and HbA1c levels showed an increasing trend (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between blood glucose and blood lipids in healthy physical examination population. Serum lipids can be used as a risk predictor of disorders of glucose metabolism in healthy people.
