采用放射性同位素法对粒细胞性白血病患者血浆中与保持cAMP水平有关的腺苷酸环化酶(AC)和环腺苷酸磷酸二酯酶(PDE)比活力进行了研究,发现急粒的AC比活力为0.3±0.22u/mg蛋白、慢粒为0.44±0.16u/mg蛋白。正常人AC比活力为0.65±0.46u/mg蛋白。急粒和慢粒与正常对照组相比较,AC比活力均有明显下降,经方差分析, F=9.738(P<0.01),其差异有非常显著意义。而对急粒和慢粒的PDE比活力进行检测,其结果进行方差分析,F=1.7914(P>0.05),其差异无显著性意义。本文结果提示:粒细胞性白血
The radioactive isotope method was used to study the specific activities of adenylyl cyclase (AC) and cyclic adenosine phosphodiesterase (PDE) in the plasma of patients with leukemia and their maintenance of cAMP levels. It was found that AC Specific activity of 0.3 ± 0.22u / mg protein, slow-grain 0.44 ± 0.16u / mg protein. The normal human AC specific activity was 0.65 ± 0.46 u / mg protein. Compared with normal control group, the specific activity of AC had a significant decrease in both acute and chronic control groups, and the variance was significant (F = 9.738, P <0.01).
