传统低频低压减载装置出口回路采用开环控制,无法识别所切线路状态引起的隐性故障,且不具备精确切负荷功能。在对目前工程上应用的低频低压减载装置功能分析的基础上,解释了传统变电站中减载装置精确切负荷功能及识别线路状态在工程上不可行的原因。在智能变电站的架构下,通过接入通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)解决装置无法识别线路状态的问题;同时拓展GOOSE的应用范围,运用GOOSE传送线路功率,提出了一种实现精确切负荷功能的新方法,满足低频低压减载装置技术升级的要求。
The low-voltage and low-voltage load shedding device adopts the open-loop control of the outlet circuit, which can not recognize the hidden fault caused by the state of the cut line and does not have the function of exact load shedding. Based on the analysis of the function of the low-frequency low-voltage load shedding device used in the current engineering, the reason why the accurate load shedding function of the load shedding device in the traditional substation and the identification of the state of the line is not feasible in engineering is explained. Under the framework of the intelligent substation, the problem of unrecognized line status can be solved by the access to the common object-oriented substation event (GOOSE).
