在社会医患矛盾日益凸显的情况下,医疗、护理纠纷的发生率呈现逐步增长的趋势,如何缓解医患纠纷成为当前各家医院亟待解决的重点问题之一。本文主要运用循证护理理念,结合护患纠纷的现状和成因,通过循证程序,制定循证护理的实施路径,防范护患纠纷。意在探索医院如何更加完善护理纠纷的管理流程、将规避护理纠纷管理系统化、理论化,从而使医院整体护理服务质量水平再上新台阶。
With the contradiction between doctors and patients increasingly prominent, the incidence of medical and nursing disputes shows a trend of gradual increase. How to ease the disputes between doctors and patients has become one of the key issues to be solved urgently in various hospitals at present. This paper mainly uses the concept of evidence-based nursing, combined with the status quo and causes of nurse-patient disputes, through evidence-based procedures to develop evidence-based nursing implementation of the path to prevent nurse-patient disputes. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to perfect the management process of nursing disputes in hospitals and to circumvent the systematic and theoretical management of nursing dispute so that the overall quality of nursing services in hospitals can reach a new level.
