本文建立了平面流动较为一般化的动可容速度场,分析了平面挤压(拉拔)的力能参数,获得了最佳凹模锥角。分析结论与已往理论及实验结果做了比较。
In this paper, a generalized moveable velocity field is established for plane flow. The force and energy parameters of the plane extrusion (drawing) are analyzed, and the optimal cone angle of the die is obtained. The conclusion of the analysis is compared with the previous theoretical and experimental results.
