第二轮《青海省志·金融志》在青海省地方志编纂委员会的领导下,由人行西宁中心支行牵头,组织全省18家金融机构共同组成《金融志》编委会,成立《金融志》编纂委员会办公室,有领导、有计划、有步骤地开展《金融志》编写的各项工作。经过五年的艰苦努力,精心耕耘,作为省志的重要组成部分《金融志》终于付梓发行,与社会见面,我们为完成这一承上启下、继往开来、服务当代、惠及子孙的历史性任务感到无限欣慰。
