本文总结了我所临床研究室1980年1月～1989年6月对妊娠5～16周的妇女进行复方天花粉药物流产7754例的临床资料。结果:成功率为95.48%,较重过敏发生率为0.13%。复方天花粉加用地塞米松的成功率为96.41%,较重过敏发生率下降至0.07%,副反应症状减少,程度减轻。在7754例中,无死亡及后遗症病例,无并发症,保证了临床安全用药。
This article summarizes the clinical data of 7,754 women who underwent compound TCS in our clinical laboratory from January 1980 to June 1989 for pregnancies ranging from 5 to 16 weeks. Results: The success rate was 95.48%, the incidence of severe allergy was 0.13%. The success rate of compound TCS plus dexamethasone was 96.41%, and the incidence of severe allergy decreased to 0.07%. Symptoms of side effects were reduced and the degree of relief was reduced. In 7754 cases, no deaths and sequelae cases, no complications, to ensure the clinical safety of medication.
