目的研究甲鱼肽粉对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法将200只雌性健康小鼠随机分为5个实验组,每组分为低、中、高和阴性对照组,连续灌胃给药30 d后对不同剂量组进行细胞免疫功能(Con A诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应)、体液免疫功能(抗体生成细胞检测、血清溶血素的测定)、单核-巨噬细胞功能(碳廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验)和NK细胞活性检测。结果甲鱼肽粉有促进小鼠迟发型变态反应的作用,能提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠NK细胞的活性。结论在本实验条件下,甲鱼肽粉对小鼠具有一定的免疫增强作用。
Objective To study the effect of soft-shelled turtle powder on immunity in mice. Methods 200 female healthy mice were randomly divided into five experimental groups, each group was divided into low, medium, high and negative control groups. The results of turtle peptide powder can promote delayed type hypersensitivity in mice can increase the number of antibody-producing mice and serum hemolysin levels and enhance the activity of mouse NK cells. Conclusion Under the experimental conditions, the turtle peptide powder has a certain immune enhancement effect on mice.
