目的:研究黄紫堇的化学成分和抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶分离化学成分,利用各种波谱技术及理化性质确定化学结构,并采用MTT法对部分单体化合物进行体外抗肿瘤活性研究。结果:从黄紫堇中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:原阿片碱(1)、奥柯紫堇明碱(2)、fumariline(3)、血根碱(4)、四氢小檗碱(5)、小檗碱(6)。化合物1对Hep G2、SW480、A549细胞以及化合物4对Hep2、Hep G2、SW480、A549细胞具有良好的抑制活性。结论:其中,化合物3~5为首次从黄紫堇中分离得到;在MTT试验中,化合物1和4具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents and anti-tumor activity of Pistacia chinensis. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallized. The chemical structures were determined by various spectral techniques and physico-chemical properties. Some of the compounds were further investigated by MTT assay. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified from the genus Viola chinensis. They were protopine (1), arrecifene (2), fumariline (3), sarin (4), tetrahydroberberine 5), berberine (6). Compound 1 has good inhibitory activity against Hep G2, SW480, A549 cells and Compound 4 against Hep2, Hep G2, SW480 and A549 cells. CONCLUSION: Compounds 3 and 5 were isolated from Pistacia chinensis for the first time. Compounds 1 and 4 exhibited some antitumor activity in MTT assay.
