本文作者研究了掺入稀土元素La的二氧化锡薄膜的气敏光学效应。测量了它在氨及乙醇气氛下的透射光谱。实验结果表明:薄膜的灵敏度有所提高,选择性有所改善。本文用表面能级分裂理论解释了气敏光学机理。
The authors investigated the gas-sensitive optical effect of tin oxide films incorporating rare earth elements La. Its transmission spectra were measured in ammonia and ethanol atmosphere. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the film is improved and the selectivity is improved. In this paper, the theory of surface energy level splitting is used to explain the gas-sensing optical mechanism.
