一、行动研究理论基础澳大利亚学者凯米斯把行动研究定义为:“由社会情境(包括教育情境)的参与者为提高对自己所从事的社会或教育实践的理性认识、为加深实践活动及其依赖的背景的理解,所进行的反省研究”。而教学行动研究就是教师以教学行为作为思考对象,审视和分析在教学活动中做出的决策以及由此产生的结果,并且促进教学能力的提高。课堂教学的案例分析属于行动研究的一种方式,教师在教学的过程中必须把教学有效性定位为首位。
