多元智能理论是20世纪80年代由美国教育家霍德华·加德纳提出的。其核心是尊重每一个学生的自然个性和公平地看待全体学生,能比较全面地评估个别学生的成就,并发掘学生的潜能,重建学生的自信和学习兴趣,最终达到个人全面的改进和发展。“长短论”教育理念的提出,正是基于加德纳的多元智能理论,对如何看待中职学生、如何发展学生的潜能、激活他们的天资起到了重要的作用。
Multiple intelligence theory was proposed by American educator Howard Howard Gardner in the 1980s. Its core is to respect each student’s natural personality and fair view of all students, to more fully assess the achievements of individual students, and explore the potential of students to rebuild students’ self-confidence and interest in learning, and ultimately achieve personal comprehensive improvement and development. Based on Gardner ’s theory of multiple intelligences, the proposition of the education philosophy of “length theory” plays an important role in how to treat secondary vocational students, how to develop the potential of students and activate their talents.
