目的:分析红细胞保存液悬浮洗涤红细胞在西宁地区制备保存效果,探讨该洗涤红细胞在西宁地区临床的安全性。方法:分别检测保存期7天、14天、21天、28天和35天的MAP悬浮洗涤红细胞各项质量指标,统计批量制备与按需随机制备洗涤红细胞工作时间。结果:以MAP为保存液的洗涤红细胞保存期末各项指标均达到国家质量标准,上清血红蛋白含量、溶血率第35天与第7天、14天、21天和28天相比较具有统计学意义,均为P<0.05,且批量制备比按需随机制备更省时快捷。结论:西宁地区MAP悬浮洗涤红细胞在保存期内质量均达到国家标准,可用于临床,但随保存时间延长上清血红蛋白含量和溶血率逐渐增加,建议按计划洗涤,并在保存期内尽早使用为宜。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the preparation and preservation effect of erythrocyte suspensions of washed red blood cells in Xining, and to explore the clinical safety of the washed red blood cells in Xining. Conclusion: The quality of MAP suspension-washed erythrocytes in Xining during the storage period has reached the national standard, which can be used clinically. However, with the prolongation of storage time, hemoglobin content and hemolysis rate of supernatant gradually increase, it is recommended to wash as planned and be used as early as possible during the storage period. should.
