堤防工程建设是水利工程中1的重点工程之一,堤防工程质量的好坏直接影响着整个水利工程的质量,其在很大程度上决定着整个工程的耐用性和坚固性。近几年来,在我国许多地区均兴建了堤防工程。但是,在建设过程中,一些建设队伍偷工减料,致使建设出的堤防工程不符合国家标准,存在很大安全隐患,严重威胁人民的生命财产安全。以某堤防工程施工实例,阐述水利堤防工程的施工质量管理措施。
