作者继DBP对睾丸生精细胞的损伤情况和时间效应关系的研究之后,进一步探讨了DBP对生精细胞毒性作用的机制。结果表明,DBP可损伤支持细胞多种细胞器,使SDH和ACP活性降低,LDH活性增高,但支持细胞紧密连接完整,间质细胞超微结构、睾酮的合成和分泌均无异常。因而认为,DBP对生精细胞的损伤主要是通过影响支持细胞的营养、调控功能而起作用的。
After DBP on the testicular spermatogenic damage and the time effect of the relationship between the study to further explore the mechanism of DBP on spermatogenic cytotoxicity. The results showed that DBP could injure the organelles of many kinds of cells, which could decrease the activities of SDH and ACP and increase the activity of LDH. However, there was no abnormality in the ultrastructure of the stromal cells and the synthesis and secretion of testosterone. Thus, DBP on spermatogenic cell damage mainly through the support of nutrition and regulation of cells and play a role.
