在机体正常的免疫系统中,Th1和Th2型细胞因子通常维持动态平衡的状态,保持机体正常的免疫功能。研究表明,狼疮性肾炎( LN)患者体内普遍存在的 Th1和 Th2细胞因子网络失衡是LN的主要发病机制,同时可决定疾病的活动程度,而通过调节机体内紊乱的 Th1、Th2细胞因子网络,使其恢复或趋于平衡,有利于控制LN的发病及病情的进展。
