目的:探讨FQ-PCR产前诊断巨细胞病毒感染的临床应用价值。方法:用FQ-PCR对23例疑似巨细胞病毒感染孕妇的胎儿进行产前诊断,同时对孕妇CMV-DNA拷贝数的高低与发生垂直传播的关系进行了探讨。结果:5例胎儿绒毛组织CMV-DNA阳性,阳性率为21.7%(5/23),CMV-DNA平均为(4.56×106±3.53×106)copies/ml;18例羊水标本阴性,CMV-DNA<25copies/ml,新生儿血、尿液CMV-DNA均阴性,产后临床追踪观察3年,无CMV感染迹象。孕妇感染CMV-DNA拷贝数的几何均数为6.6323±1.2793时,有可能发生垂直传播(t=42.99,P<0.01)。结论:FQ-PCR产前诊断巨细胞病毒感染结果可靠,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of prenatal diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection by FQ-PCR. Methods: Twenty-three fetuses suspected of CMV infection were tested for prenatal diagnosis by FQ-PCR, and the relationship between CMV-DNA copy number and vertical transmission in pregnant women was also discussed. Results: The positive rate of CMV-DNA in 5 cases was 21.7% (5/23) and the average of CMV-DNA was (4.56 × 106 ± 3.53 × 106) copies / ml in 5 cases. CMV-DNA <25copies / ml, neonatal blood, urine CMV-DNA were negative, postpartum clinical follow-up observation of 3 years, no signs of CMV infection. The geometric mean of CMV-DNA copy number in pregnant women was 6.6323 ± 1.2793, and vertical transmission was possible (t = 42.99, P <0.01). Conclusion: FQ-PCR prenatal diagnosis of cytomegalovirus infection is reliable and has certain clinical value.
