广东农垦作为我国的三大垦区之一,在企业“走出去”的发展过程中一直处于行业领先水平。本文首先介绍了广垦“走出去”的战略实施过程,在此基础上,对广垦的战略实施动机进行探究,评价东南亚国家的投资环境优势,并分析广垦从“以发展橡胶加工业为主”到“以发展橡胶种植业为主”的战略调整原因。最后,针对以上研究作出相应总结。本文为海南、云南垦区实施“走出去”方针提供了理论参考。
As one of the three major reclamation areas in China, Guangdong Land Reclamation has always been in the leading position in the industry during the development of the enterprise “Going Global”. This paper firstly introduces the strategy implementation of Guang Ken ’s “Going Global”. On this basis, it explores the motive of implementing strategy of Guang Ken and appraises the advantages of investment environment in Southeast Asian countries. Processing industry-based “to” the development of rubber plantation-based “strategic adjustment reasons. Finally, we make a corresponding summary of the above research. This article provides a theoretical reference for the implementation of ”going out" policy in Hainan and Yunnan reclamation areas.
