目的:研究中西医结合治疗虚证疮疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年11月~2014年12月我院收治的虚证疮疡患者120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗组不良反应发生率比对照组明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用中西医结合的方法治疗虚证疮疡患者,具有显著的临床疗效,不良反应较低,有效的缩短患者的治疗疗程,减少复发率,促进疮疡面愈合,值得临床进一步推广与应用。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of asthenia syndrome. Methods: From November 2010 to December 2014, 120 cases of patients with asthenia syndrome who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of patients with asthenia syndrome, with significant clinical efficacy, low adverse reactions, effective in shortening the treatment of patients and reduce the recurrence rate and promote the healing of sores, deserved further clinical application and promotion .
