黄淮海地区中、低产田面积大.对低产原因及改良途径的认识不尽一致。一般地更重视旱、涝、碱,而常忽视土地瘠薄。认为薄地要经过长期培肥才能实现高产。薄地培肥,应种植绿肥、增施农家肥,而施用化肥会破坏地力,导致肥效下降,破坏农田生态平衡。北京农业大学刘巽浩分析了国内外情况,提出了“有机无机结合,走中国自己的道路”。
