1 前言不用说汽车、飞机,各种机械在高可靠性方面的要求近来特别严格,保修期限也趋于延长的倾向。且由于国际竞争,新产品的研制周期被迫愈益缩短。为此,如何在短期内经济地研制、生产能够保证可靠性的构件或机械,成了重要的课题。并且若考虑在与此相关的故障的主要原因里,疲劳破坏占大部分,就可容易地理解:只有实际车辆或机械的实际工作状态下的耐劳性的把握,才是最重要的技术课题。
1 Preface It goes without saying that the requirements for high reliability of various vehicles, aircraft, and various machines have recently become particularly stringent and the warranty period tends to lengthen. Due to the international competition, the development cycle of new products has been increasingly shortened. Therefore, how to develop and produce the components or machines that can ensure the reliability in a short period of time has become an important issue. And if one considers the major causes of the failure associated therewith, fatigue damage accounts for the majority, it can be easily understood that the most important technical issue is the grasping of the resistance to labor in the actual working condition of the actual vehicle or machinery.
