目的 :观察淫羊藿总黄酮对体外培养成骨细胞的作用。方法 :取新生 1~ 3d SD大鼠头盖骨用酶消化法分离成骨细胞。第 3代细胞经 MTT法、茜素红染色法观察淫羊藿总黄酮对体外培养成骨细胞增殖、矿化结节形成的影响。结果 :淫羊藿总黄酮 1~ 1 0 μg/ml浓度具有显著的促进成骨细胞增殖及提高矿化结节形成数量的作用。结论 :淫羊藿总黄酮具有促进体外成骨细胞增殖及分化成熟的作用
Objective: To observe the effect of total flavonoids of Epimedium on osteoblast cultured in vitro. METHODS : Osteoblasts were isolated from the cranial bones of neonatal SD rats by 1 ~ 3 days. The third passage cells were treated with MTT assay and alizarin red staining to observe the effects of total flavonoids of epimedium on the proliferation and mineralized nodule formation of osteoblasts in vitro. Results: The concentration of total flavonoids of Epimedium ranging from 1 to 10 μg/ml had a significant effect on promoting the proliferation of osteoblasts and increasing the number of mineralized nodules. Conclusion : Epimedium flavonoids can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts in vitro
