本文应用相似理论设计了水力模拟实验,研究了铝合金炉外连续处理单元的小熔池中旋转喷吹除气.结果表明:采用Φ(200~300)mm熔池,熔体深度(300~360)mm,Φ60mm多孔叶片式旋转头,在转速为700r/min时可以得到理想的除气效果.
In this paper, the similar theory is used to design the hydraulic simulation experiment. The outgassing of rotary injection in the small pool of continuous treatment unit outside the furnace of aluminum alloy is studied. The results show that the ideal degassing effect can be obtained when the rotating speed is 700r / min with Φ (200 ~ 300) mm molten pool, melt depth (300 ~ 360) mm and Φ60mm porous vane rotating head.
