为了研究中药坚骨液对大鼠实验性骨质疏松的治疗作用,应用切除卵巢造成的大鼠骨质疏松模型,以雌二醇和自来水为对照,观察了坚骨液对造模动物骨代谢的影响。结果显示,坚骨液和雌二醇组动物的骨密度、血钙水平均明显高于自来水对照组(P<0.05),而24小时尿钙、尿羧脯氨酸的含量及血浆酸性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。说明坚骨液能改善造模动物的体内钙负平衡状态和抑制骨吸收,对雌激素缺失引起的骨质疏松有很好的防治作用。
