目的采用有效的杀菌方法减少复用透析器患者(HepatitisCvirns,HCV)的交叉感染。方法应用Renalin100作为复用透析器的杀菌剂,采用RenatroPA100全自动复用机进行透析器复用,HCVIgM阳性患者透析器一次性应用,HCVIgG阳性透析器复用,但与阴性患者透析器分机复用处理和隔离储存。检测全部复用透析器患者的HCVIgM和HCVIgG,检测间隔时间6个月,总观察时间3年,比较分析检测结果。结果定时检测,各组之间比较,HCVIgG阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05),HCVIgM阳性患者均为0例。退出观测者末次检测分析,HCVIgM阳性患者为0例,HCVIgG阳性数在退出者与定时检测总数之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应用Renalin100作为复用透析器的杀菌剂,采用RenatroPA100全自动复用机进行透析器复用,HCVIgM阳性患者透析器一次性应用,HCVIgG阳性透析器复用,但与阴性患者透析器分机复用处理和隔离储存,对防止血液净化中心的复用透析器患者HCV交叉感染有效。
Objective To reduce the cross-infection of HepatitisCvirns (HCV) patients by effective sterilization method. Methods Renalin100 was used as the disinfectant for the multiplex dialyzer. The dialyser was reused by the Renatro PA100 automatic multiplexer. The dialyzer was once applied to HCVIgM positive patients and the HCVIgG positive dialyzer was reused. However, Handling and isolated storage. HCVIgM and HCVIgG were measured in all dialyzer patients. The interval time was 6 months and the total observation time was 3 years. The results of the test were compared and analyzed. The results were detected regularly. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HCVIgG between the groups (P> 0.05), and all the patients with HCVIgM positive were 0 cases. There was no significant difference between HCVIgM-positive patients and HCVIgG-positive patients (P> 0.05). Conclusions Renalin100 was used as a disinfectant for reusable dialyzer. Dialyzer re-use was performed with Renatro PA100 automatic re-use machine. One-time dialyzer of HCVIgM positive patients and HCVIgG positive dialyzer were reused. However, Treated and isolated storage is effective in preventing cross-infection with HCV in re-dialyzer patients at the blood purification center.
