猪链球菌引起的感染性心内膜炎以往仅有1例报道,本文报道1例由猪链球菌2型引起的心内膜炎病例。病例报告女性患者,64岁。既往健康,生猪饲养员。因乏力,畏寒,呼吸困难,偶发腹痛伴体重减轻2个月,于1989年8月27日入院。患者无头痛、项强、关节痛或听力丧失,近无牙科治疗史。查体温38.5℃。心动过速,心率120次/min,心律齐,可闻心前区全收缩期杂音并向腋下放射。无其他明显体检 Infectious endocarditis caused by Streptococcus suis in the past only one case reported, this article reported one case of endocarditis caused by Streptococcus suis type 2 cases.
