引言大量生产为近代工业的主要生产方式。其决定性条件为零件应具有互换性,亦即零件品质变化在一定范围之内;换言之零件须具一定之公差。本文将讨论合理的设计公差问题。所谓合理的公差,即不仅产品在功用上满足要求,同时在规定的公差下制造起来也最经济。当一产品已设计完毕且材料选定后,工程师必须在满足下述之两个条件下给整个成品之组成零件以适当之制造公差。此二条件为:—— (1)产品具互换性。适当装配后满足功用要求。 (2)满足条件(1)下可以以最经济之方式制造产品。是即决定一合理之公差。
