[目的]探讨 Orlando互动程序理论在提高护士共情能力中的作用。[方法]将100名护士随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规共情能力培训,观察组在培训过程中使用 Orlando互动程序理论指导护士进行共情护理,两组均每周培训1次,每次60 min,培训期为8周。干预前后使用杰弗逊共情量表(JSE HP)中文版进行测量。[结果]干预后两组护士的共情能力均有提高,观察组共情能力提高程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]Orlando 互动程序理论对护士的共情能力培养具有积极作用,能够指导护士更好地实施共情护理。
