随着教育的改革和素质教育的发展,国家加强了对职业教育的重视。我国的中高等职业教育是的重要性就在于,它综合了普通的学历型的教育和职业的专业素质培训教育,培训社会各个行业所需要的专业技能人才,不仅有利于促进青年学生的终生发展,还有利于社会就业率和稳定性的提高,为建立健全职业教育体系发挥着至关重要的作用。笔者就目前中高等职业教育发展状况出发认真的研究了其贯通的教育培养模式,并提出了相应的意见供参考。
