目的了解长期接触电离辐射对济宁市工业放射工作人员健康指标的影响,保障工业受照人员的健康与安全及针对性地改善防护措施。方法取209名工业放射工作人员作为调查组,88名非放射工作人员作为对照组,对两组人员进行外周白血细胞计数、外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、细胞微核率检测及眼晶状体检查,并进行统计学分析。结果工业放射工作人员年均剂量0.273 mSv;调查组人员眼晶状体混浊率、淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和细胞微核率均高于对照组人员且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论工业放射工作人员的辐射损伤部分指标异常率高于对照组人员,建议根据工作条件针对性改善工业放射防护措施。
Objective To understand the impact of long-term exposure to ionizing radiation on health indicators of industrial radiographers in Jining City, to ensure the health and safety of industrial exposed workers and to improve protective measures in a targeted manner. Methods Totally 209 industrial radiologists were employed as investigation group and 88 non-radiation workers as control group. The peripheral blood leukocyte count, peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate, micronucleus rate and lens examination were detected in two groups. And statistical analysis. Results The average dose of industrial radiology staff was 0.273 mSv. The ophthalmology ophthalmology ophthalmology ophthalmology, lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus frequency of the investigators were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The radiation abnormality rate of industrial radiological staff is higher than that of the control group. It is suggested that the industrial radiological protection measures should be improved according to the working conditions.
