文中分析了影响通信卫星频谱资源利用的主要因素,提出了利用遗传算法提高卫星通信系统工作效能的评估方法,并给出了初步的设计与实现。
In this paper, the main factors that affect the utilization of communication satellite spectrum resources are analyzed, and the evaluation method of using GA to improve the working efficiency of satellite communication system is proposed. The preliminary design and implementation are also given.
