用综合止血法（①３％硫酸铝钾（明矾）溶液腺窝内止血；②腺窝口下半周连锁缝合；③可拆性膀胱颈荷包缝合使前列腺窝与膀胱暂时隔离）对５４例行耻骨上前列腺摘除术的结果表明：５４例手术止血效果良好，可减少或避免术后膀胱颈狭窄和腺窝感染等并发症。对该方法优点作了讨论。
