目的了解潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品产品和生产环境的卫生质量状况。方法对2011-2013年潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品生产企业的车间空气、工作台表面、工人手表面和产品采样,对其微生物污染状况进行检测与调查。结果 2011-2013年3年期间共采样1200份,总合格率为96.8%,逐年合格率分别为95.5%、96.0%和98.4%;车间空气、工作台表面、工人手表面和产品总合格率分别为99.1%、98.3%、96.5%和94.5%;一次性使用卫生用品产品中卫生纸、餐巾纸、卫生巾/护垫、普通湿巾、成人纸尿裤/片、婴幼儿纸尿裤/片、卫生湿巾、一次性纸杯、皮肤抑菌剂合格率分别为93.2%、96.4%、98.6%、81.8%、93.3%、91.7%、100.0%、50.0%和100.0%;产品细菌菌落总数和真菌菌落总数合格率分别95.4%和98.2%,大肠菌群和致病性化脓菌合格率均为100.0%。结论 2011-2013年潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品的生产环境和产品合格率呈逐年改善和上升趋势,不同种类样品合格率有差异,应加强监管力度,保障一次性使用卫生用品的使用安全。
Objective To understand the sanitary quality status of disposable products and production environment in Weifang City. Methods The workshop air, workbench surface, worker’s hand surface and products of single-use hygienic products manufacturing enterprises in Weifang City from 2011 to 2013 were sampled and their microbial contamination was tested and investigated. Results A total of 1,200 samples were taken during the three-year period from 2011 to 2013, with a total pass rate of 96.8% and annual pass rates of 95.5%, 96.0% and 98.4%, respectively. The total air quality, working surface, 99.1%, 98.3%, 96.5% and 94.5%; disposable toilet paper, sanitary napkins / pads, plain wipes, adult diapers / tablets, baby diapers / tablets, sanitary wipes The qualified rates of the paper cups and skin antibacterial agents were 93.2%, 96.4%, 98.6%, 81.8%, 93.3%, 91.7%, 100.0%, 50.0% and 100.0% respectively. The total number of bacterial colonies and fungi colonies were 95.4 % And 98.2%, coliform bacteria and pathogenic pyogenic bacteria pass rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The production environment and product qualification rate of disposable hygiene products in Weifang City from 2011 to 2013 showed a year-on-year improvement and upward trend. The passing rates of different types of samples are different. Supervision should be strengthened to ensure the safe use of disposable hygiene products.
