探讨老年人跌倒的预测指标。选择 5 4例 6 0~ 77岁在受试前 1年内未跌倒的健康志愿者进行步态分析并随访 1年。结果 1年内有 1 6例跌倒过 ,跌倒者和未跌倒者的年龄没有显著差别 ,跌倒者走路更慢且步行时双足支撑时间较长、力量较弱、踝关节和髋关节运动的幅度较小、步态摆动相的踝背屈延迟 ,提示老年人存在亚临床步态参数改变 ,步行中出现的神经运动形式的变化与跌倒倾向有关 ,特别是踝背屈延迟能表明跌倒的趋势
To explore the predictors of falls in the elderly. Fifty-four healthy volunteers aged 60 to 77 years who did not fall within one year before the trial were selected for gait analysis and followed up for one year. Results One year after treatment, 16 cases had fallen off. There was no significant difference in age between those who fell and those who did not. The walker walked more slowly and walked for a longer time and weaker strength.
