生后1~2个月的小婴儿,因维生素K缺乏引起的自发性颅内出血,近年来国内外陆续有报告,但例数尚少。我们自1981年9月到1982年11月收治五例患儿,现予报告。一、临床资料:五例患儿全为男性,汉族,日龄在生后25~60天,3例为第一胎,2例为第二胎。母于妊娠期与分娩均未发现异常,家族中亦未发现出血性疾病史。生后均力母乳喂养,营养发育中等至良好。2例病前有轻度黄疸史,1例以轻度腹泻起病,另2例无任何诱因。5例患儿均突然起病,表现剧烈哭闹,烦躁不安。惊厥3例、为半侧
After birth, 1 to 2 months old baby, due to vitamin K deficiency caused by spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage, in recent years at home and abroad have been reported, but the number of cases is still small.
