近日,武汉市新洲区接连几天暴雨,举水河凤凰处决堤溃口,水位达到历史最高,很多地方受灾,凤凰和三店地区受灾严重。新洲区老年大学部分师生自发组成爱心服务小分队支援灾区,连续多日为灾民服务。大家捐钱捐物,并买来蚊香、衣物、棉被捐献给灾区群众,还为灾区群众和官兵义务做饭,不辞劳苦无私奉献。爱心服务小分队平均年龄60余岁,他们的爱心举动受到学校和社会各界的广泛称赞。
