1989年3～4月间,某纱厂化纤作业的职工发生大批皮肤瘙痒症患者。经了解,该厂正在使用印度化纤和台湾化纤,均纺60支纱,设备、工艺完全相同;而瘙痒症主要见于印度化纤。故以做印度化纤的职工为调查组,做台湾化纤的职工为对照组进行调查,现报告如下。一、发病情况(一)发病时间调查组,首发病例出现于1989年3月21日,随即迅速增加,3月底4月初达高峰,4月中旬逐渐稳定,至4月18日,共有病例101例;化纤实际投产为3月20日～4月14日,发病时间与投产时间一
