如何保证中小学校长培训的质量和效益,与时俱进,创建科学的中小学校长培训模式至关重要。本文试对十几年来我国中小学校长培训模式和问题作一简要总结和分析,对近年来发达国家的做法和优势作一要览介绍和借鉴,并在此基础上对目前的中小学校长培训模式的改革与创新提出四点建议:校长培训模式应是知识更新型、能力本位型、行为完善型和问题解决型。
How to ensure the quality and efficiency of primary and secondary school principals training, keep pace with the times, and to establish a scientific primary and secondary school head training model is of utmost importance. This paper tries to make a brief summary and analysis of the training models and problems of primary and secondary school principals in the past decade or so in our country.
