书香是我们2001年以女峰(Nyoho)作母本、达赛莱克特(Darselect)作父本杂交育成的草莓新品种。果实圆锥形或楔形,第一、二级序果平均单果重24.7 g,最大单果重76.0 g;红色,有光泽,果肉红色,肉质细,髓心小,有香味,风味酸甜适中;可溶性固形物含量10.90%,可滴定酸含量0.52%,维生素C含量492.00 mg/kg;在北京市露地栽培,果实5月中旬成熟,日光温室栽培果实1月上中旬成熟。2009年通过北京市林木品种审定委员会审定。
