CAS-OB精炼工艺因其设备投资少、能耗低、精炼速度快、操作简单、能满足快节奏生产要求,在钢厂得到了广泛应用。人们通过数值模拟、物理模拟,结合工业试验的方法对CAS-OB高温熔池内的物理行为进行了大量研究。综述了目前针对该工艺底吹技术、钢包内混匀时间及流场变化特点、钢包内温度变化和钢包内渣-金传质的研究现况,提出需要对钢包内熔池的弱搅拌区特性进行研究,以进一步改进CAS-OB精炼工艺。
CAS-OB refining process has been widely used in steel mills because of its low equipment investment, low energy consumption, fast refining speed and simple operation, which can meet fast-paced production requirements. A great deal of research has been done on the physical behavior of the CAS-OB high-temperature molten pool through numerical simulation, physical simulation and industrial test methods. In this paper, the current research status of bottom blowing technology, mixing time and flow field characteristics in ladle, temperature variation in ladle and slag - gold mass transfer in ladle are reviewed. The characteristics of weak agitation zone in ladle are proposed. Research was conducted to further improve the CAS-OB refining process.
