以试验为手段,以进气箱的出口速度分布及绝热效率为评价指标,揭示了大型子午加速轴流引风机进气箱内轴套直径变化对其性能的影响。其结论对此类引风机的设计及改型设计具有普遍的指导意义。出口速度的分布还为其后部叶轮内流场的数值计算提供了真实的边界条件。
Taking experiment as a measure, the outlet velocity distribution of inlet box and adiabatic efficiency as evaluation indexes, the influence of the change of the diameter of bushing in the inlet box of large radial metro axial fan on its performance was revealed. The conclusion of this kind of induced draft fan design and retrofit design has a general guiding significance. The distribution of outlet velocity also provides a true boundary condition for the numerical calculation of the flow field in the impeller at the rear.
