目的:调查浙江省余姚市基层医院儿科医生对哮喘的认知与了解程度。方法:采用问卷形式,调查内容包括医生一般情况,接受哮喘培训情况,对哮喘诊疗方案的了解程度,能否正确认识哮喘的本质,诊断儿童哮喘后将采取哪些措施,对哮喘分级完全控制、部分控制及未控制的了解程度,吸入疗法的掌握程度等。结果:工龄≥5年的医生参加培训的积极性、对哮喘治疗方案的整体了解情况和哮喘本质的认知均明显高于工龄<5年者(P<0.05);工龄≥5年者与工龄<5年的医生对哮喘用药的了解程度无显著差异(P>0.05),专科及以下学历、本科及以上学历者对哮喘用药的掌握程度无显著差异(P>0.05);了解肺功能检查是诊断哮喘有效手段者明显少于知道肺功能检查是了解气道阻塞程度者(P<0.05)。结论:基层医生对哮喘的本质、治疗及肺功能检查在哮喘管理中的作用均存在模糊认识,需加强学习,提高专业技术,加强哮喘治疗方案的推广与执行。
Objective: To investigate the cognition and understanding of asthma of pediatricians in Yuyao Primary Hospital of Zhejiang Province. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in mastery degree of asthma medication between undergraduate degree and above, Significantly less effective means of asthma than know pulmonary function test is to understand the degree of airway obstruction (P <0.05). Conclusion: The physicians’ understanding of the nature and treatment of asthma and the role of pulmonary function tests in the management of asthma are all vague. There is a need to strengthen learning, improve professional skills and strengthen the promotion and implementation of asthma treatment programs.
