目前世界各国采用的混凝土坝防裂温控措施,仍是三、四十年代采用的预埋冷却水管、薄层浇注、低热水泥以及骨料预冷等,技术繁难,突出地限制工程进度。利用氧化镁微膨胀混凝土调整混凝土坝体积变形,代替传统的温控防裂,是设计思想的一项创新,具有重要的工程意义。该项研究在国外仅有少量室内试验,没有工程使用实例。由我院科研所,华东、东北、贵阳院、十二局、九局以及南京化工学院等单位参加的本课题研究成
At present, the anti-cracking and temperature control measures of concrete dams used in various countries in the world are still the embedded cooling water pipe, thin-layer pouring, low-heat cement and aggregate precooling used in the 1930s and 1940s. The technical difficulties and prominently limits the progress of the project. The use of magnesium micro-expansion of concrete dam volume adjustment of concrete deformation, instead of the traditional temperature control crack, is an innovative design ideas, with important engineering significance. This study only a small amount of indoor experiments abroad, there is no project to use examples.
