艾邦即盐酸格拉司琼葡萄糖注射液，本品主要成分为盐酸格拉司琼，用于放疗、细胞毒类药物化疗引起的恶心和呕吐。常见的毒副作用为头痛、倦怠、发热、便秘等，偶有短暂性无症状肝转氨酶增加，致全身皮肤过敏反应在我科尚属首例。
