目的分析影响大学生艾滋病健康教育效果的因素。方法 2010年12月,采用自编问卷对大理学院入学新生进行艾滋病的相关知识普查,获得基线数据后,对大学生开展为期2年的艾滋病健康教育。2012年12月,再次进行艾滋病知识普查,评价健康教育效果,分析影响因素。数据使用Epi Data3.0软件建立数据库,采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果经过2年的健康教育,大学生对艾滋病相关问题的回答正确率明显提高(P=0.004),健康教育前回答正确率越低的问题在健康教育后回答正确率提高的越多;非条件Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥18岁(OR=11.218,95%CI:1.960~84.633)、医学专业(OR=2.418,95%CI:1.511~6.070)、知识主要来源于课堂讲座(OR=1.509,95%CI:1.074~14.703)、主要学习方式为理论课学习(OR=1.400,95%CI:1.075~7.152)和同伴教育(OR=6.766,95%CI:1.416~25.075)这5个因素是大学生艾滋病健康教育有效果的影响因素(OR>1)。结论高校应开设理论课系统学习同时辅以专题讲座和同伴教育来开展多种方式的大学生艾滋病健康教育,对年龄﹤18岁的大学生和非医学专业学生要加强健康教育。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the effect of AIDS health education among college students. Methods In December 2010, a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a survey of HIV / AIDS among freshmen at Dali University. After obtaining baseline data, AIDS health education was conducted for 2-year college students. In December 2012, the AIDS knowledge survey was conducted again to evaluate the effect of health education and to analyze the influencing factors. Data using Epi Data3.0 software to establish a database using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis. Results After 2 years of health education, the correct answer rate of college students to AIDS-related problems was significantly higher (P = 0.004), and the lower the correct answer rate before health education was, the more correct the correct rate was after health education. Conclusions Colleges and universities should set up systematic study of theoretical courses and provide lectures and peer education supplemented by various ways to carry out AIDS health education among college students. Health education should be strengthened for college students and non-medical majors aged <18 years.
