以某40 k W矿用带式输送机制动器为例,基于Solid Works建立了制动盘的三维参数化模型,运用Workbench对其进行了静力强度、热应力强度和机械振动的有限元分析,得出制动盘的应力应变分布图、前5阶固有频率表。根据预先的有限元分析结果表明:盘式制动器在刚度和强度上存在较大的提升空间。在此基础上,采用目标驱动优化方法,以改善制动盘结构的方式,建立了制动性能最优化的设计目标,以应力应变为约束条件,进行了结构改进设计。
Taking a 40 kw mine belt conveyor brake as an example, a three-dimensional parametric model of the brake disc was established based on Solid Works. The finite element analysis of static strength, thermal stress intensity and mechanical vibration was carried out by using Workbench. Derived brake disc stress and strain distribution, the first five natural frequency table. According to the results of the finite element analysis in advance, it shows that there is a great room for improvement in the stiffness and strength of disc brakes. On the basis of this, aiming at improving the structure of the brake disc by adopting the target-driven optimization method, the design goal of optimal braking performance is established. With the stress-strain as the constraint condition, the structural improvement design is carried out.
