目的了解和掌握灵宝市黄金冶炼工人的健康状况和动态发展情况,有利于早发现目标性疾病,并提出相应的预防保健治疗措施。方法收集2015年灵宝市8家黄金冶炼工人在岗期间职业健康检查资料,对体检结果进行整理、统计与分析。结果在检查的1 257名黄金冶炼工人中,查出各类疾病和单项指标异常458人,检出率为36.43%。其中高血压156人,检出率12.41%;肺功能异常28人,检出率2.23%;血常规异常57人,检出率4.53%;尿常规异常74人,检出率5.89%;心电图异常87人,检出率6.92%;疑似尘肺12人,检出率0.95%;职业禁忌7人(活动性肺结核5人,慢性阻塞性肺病2人),检出率0.56%;其他疾患37人,检出率2.94%。结论灵宝市黄金冶炼工人的健康状况形势严峻,应该加大对工人的健康教育和职业健康监护,更好地保护工人们的身体健康。
Objective To understand and master the health status and dynamic development of gold smelters in Lingbao City, to find out the target diseases early and to put forward the corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures. Methods The occupational health examination data of 8 gold smelters in Lingbao City during 2015 were collected and the physical examination results were collected, analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results Among the 1 257 gold smelters examined, 458 were detected abnormalities of all kinds of diseases and single indexes with a detection rate of 36.43%. Among them, 156 were high blood pressure with a detection rate of 12.41%, 28 with pulmonary dysfunction, with a detection rate of 2.23%, 57 with abnormal blood tests, with a detection rate of 4.53%, 74 with abnormal urography and a detection rate of 5.89% 87 people, the detection rate of 6.92%; 12 suspected pneumoconiosis, the detection rate of 0.95%; occupation taboo 7 (active tuberculosis 5, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2), the detection rate of 0.56%; other diseases 37, The detection rate of 2.94%. Conclusion The health status of gold smelters in Lingbao City is grim. Health care and occupational health monitoring should be stepped up to better protect the health of workers.
